A contract is formed only after we confirm acceptance of your order. Ownership of the goods remains with MonkeyCycleShop until full payment has been received.
All prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions may occur. Estimated shipping dates for out-of-stock items are for guidance only.

MonkeyCycleShop accepts the following payment options:
After completing payment, customers must submit a Payment Confirmation or send proof of payment via email or WhatsApp. Orders will not be processed without confirmation.
PayPal – Goods & Services
Estimated delivery time: 25 days. Payments are processed in queue to maintain PayPal account security.
PayPal – Friends & Family
Estimated delivery time: 7 days. Please include your order number in the payment note.
Tracking details will be sent after shipment.
Other payment methods (Wise, Remitly, Paysend, Sendwave, Revolut, Bank Transfer, Western Union & MoneyGram) have an estimated delivery time of 7 days.
If payment confirmation is not received within 3 days after placing an order, MonkeyCycleShop reserves the right to cancel the order automatically.
All shipments are handled via internationally recognized couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, according to customer preference.
Estimated delivery time is 6–9 working days, depending on destination and courier. Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
