Please ensure that you provide a complete street address for delivery. If needed, you may use the address of a trusted friend or family member to facilitate successful delivery.


Returns Policy

At MonkeyCycleShop, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in unused, re-sellable condition, with all original packaging and manufacturer labels intact.

  • Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product cost (excluding any original shipping charges).

Please note:
Items returned outside of the 15-day period, or without original labels and packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping (up to the cost of First Class Recorded delivery).
    Please include a note in your return package requesting reimbursement of the postage cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are safely returned to us.
    We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
