Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product cost (excluding any original shipping charges).

Items returned outside of the 15-day period, or without original labels and packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping (up to the cost of First Class Recorded delivery).
