Purchasing

A contract is formed only after we confirm acceptance of your order. Ownership of the goods remains with MonkeyCyclesShop until full payment has been received.
All prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions may occur. Estimated shipping dates for out-of-stock items are for guidance only.
Shipping & Order Conditions
- Minimum order value: USD 2,000
- Free shipping for orders of USD 5,000 and above
- Orders above USD 10,000 qualify for tax-free shipping (tax covered by our company)
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and payment method

Estimated delivery time: 25 days. Payments are processed in queue to maintain PayPal account security.
PayPal – Friends & Family
Estimated delivery time: 7 days. Please include your order number in the payment note.
Tracking details will be sent after shipment.
Other payment methods (Wise, Remitly, Paysend, Sendwave, Revolut, Bank Transfer, Western Union & MoneyGram) have an estimated delivery time of 7 days.
Order Cancellation
If payment confirmation is not received within 3 days after placing an order, MonkeyCyclesShop reserves the right to cancel the order automatically.
