If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, please contact us first. In such cases, we will also refund the original shipping charges. We are committed to putting our customers’ interests first and making the return process as smooth as possible.
Warranty Information
All products sold by MonkeyCycleShop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer and product type; please refer to the documentation included with your purchase for specific details.
We recommend keeping all original manufacturer packaging and documentation, as these may be required for warranty claims.

We offer free returns within 30 days for all new or unused products. Whether you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, simply follow the steps below:
How to Return an Item:
- Complete the returns form and provide the reason for returning each product.
- Pack all items securely in their original, undamaged packaging and include the completed returns form inside the box.

- Print the return label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at the nearest pickup point.
