All products sold by MonkeyCyclesShop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer and product type, so please refer to the documentation included with your purchase for specific details.

We recommend keeping all original manufacturer packaging and documentation, as these may be required when communicating with us or directly with the manufacturer. Please note that shipping and service charges are not covered under manufacturer warranties.

How to Return an Item

  1. Complete the returns form and provide the reason for returning each product.

  2. Pack all items securely in their original, undamaged packaging and include the completed returns form inside the box.

  3. Visit our Returns Portal to request your return.

  4. Print the return label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at the nearest pickup point.

Which Orders Can Be Returned?

  • Products ordered directly from monkeycyclesshp.com and delivered to your address must be returned through our official Returns Portal.

  • Products ordered online and collected via Click & Collect must be returned directly to the store where they were collected. Proof of purchase is required.
