At MonkeyCycleShop, our return policy is guided by a simple principle: putting our customers first with honesty and integrity. Thanks to our commitment to accurate product descriptions and excellent customer service, we experience very few returns — but we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Received the Wrong or Incorrect Item?

If you received the wrong item or one that doesn’t match your order, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Cover the return shipping costs, and

  • Guide you through the return process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products purchased through MonkeyCycleShop are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details may vary depending on the brand and product.

Please refer to the documentation included with your item for full warranty coverage.

Note: Most warranties do not cover shipping fees or service charges. We recommend keeping all original packaging and documentation to simplify warranty claims or service requests.


Return Information

We offer free returns within 30 days for all new and unused products. Whether you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply don’t need the item anymore — you can return it easily by following the steps below:

How to Return a Product:

  1. Complete the Return Form and indicate the reason for return for each item.

  2. Repack the item(s) in the original, undamaged packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.

  3. Visit our Returns Portal to start your return and generate your free return shipping label.

  4. Print the label, attach it securely to the package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping point.


Which Orders Are Eligible for Return?

  • Orders made directly on monkeycycleshop.com and delivered to your home are eligible for return via the MonkeyCycleShop Returns Portal.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Products picked up at a store (if applicable in the future) must be returned directly to that store with proof of purchase.
