Return Policy

At MonkeyCycleShop, our return policy is guided by a simple principle: putting our customers first with honesty and integrity. We strive to minimize returns by providing accurate product descriptions and excellent customer service — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Received the Wrong or Defective Item?

If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and guide you through the return process for a smooth and hassle-free experience.


Change of Mind or Incorrect Order

If you decide to return a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or entered incorrect details, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • All products purchased through MonkeyCycleShop are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Please refer to the documentation included with your item.

  • Most warranties do not cover shipping fees or service charges. We recommend keeping all original packaging and documentation for warranty claims.


Return Information

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original undamaged packaging.

  • A completed return form must be included inside the package.


How to Return a Product

  1. Complete the Return Form and state the reason for return.

  2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the return form.

  3. Visit our Returns Portal to initiate the return and generate a return shipping label.

    • If the return is due to our error, the label will be free of charge.

    • If the return is due to customer reasons, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or paid directly by the customer.

  4. Attach the label securely to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping point.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Which Orders Are Eligible?

  • Orders placed directly on monkeycycleshop.com and delivered to your address are eligible via the Returns Portal.

  • Items must meet the return conditions stated above.

  • Future in-store pickups (if applicable) must be returned directly to the store with proof of purchase.
