Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), provided the item is returned in an unused, resellable condition, including all original packaging and manufacturer labels.
Note: Returns made after 15 days or without original labels/packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost and ship the correct replacement item at no additional charge.
Shipping Orders
All orders can be shipped directly to your door. We take great care in packaging every order and ensure each shipment is fully insured. If you visit our warehouse in person, you may purchase products directly and choose to have your order shipped to your home or any delivery address provided.
