Delivery Information

We ship to virtually any address worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged and fully insured to ensure they arrive safely at your destination.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), provided the item is returned in an unused, resellable condition, including all original packaging and manufacturer labels.

Please note that returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us. Returns made after the 15-day period or without original labels and packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost (up to first-class recorded delivery). Please include a note with your return requesting reimbursement of the postage cost. We will also ship the correct replacement item at no additional charge.

Shipping Orders

All orders can be shipped directly to your door. We take great care in packaging every order and ensure each shipment is fully insured.

If you visit our warehouse in person, you may purchase products directly and choose to have your order shipped to your home or to any delivery address you provide.

Returns & Warranty Policy

Our return policy is based on a simple principle: customer satisfaction. Due to accurate product information and attentive customer service, we maintain an extremely low return rate.

If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, please contact us first. In such cases, we will also refund the original shipping charges.

All products sold by MonkeyCyclesShop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer and product, so please refer to the documentation included with your purchase.

We recommend keeping all manufacturer documentation to help facilitate warranty claims, either through us or directly with the manufacturer.
