Returns Policy

At Monkey Cycle Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in unused, re-sellable condition, with all original packaging and manufacturer labels intact.

After inspection and approval of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product price (excluding any original shipping charges).

Please note:
Returns sent after 15 days, or without original packaging and labels, may be subject to a restocking fee.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs (up to the rate of First Class Recorded delivery). Please include a note requesting reimbursement.

  • If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for safely returning the item.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
