If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed promptly after confirmation.
2. Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped within 0–1 business day after full payment and complete shipping details are received.
Estimated delivery time: 0–7 business days, depending on courier service and destination.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier schedules, or other factors beyond our control.
Once handed over to the courier, responsibility for delays, damages, or losses lies with the courier.

Alternative carriers may be used if necessary to ensure timely delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
If the error is ours, we will provide a refund or replacement and cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
